Before discovering the joy of being a husband, father, and educator, I was once a college and professional athlete. With a background in both Psychology and Physical Education, I’ve always be fascinated with the mind-body relationship.

Being steeped in a culture of intense competition, the difference between winning and losing rarely depended on which players were more talented, but which team was more "locked in."

This expression speaks to being 100% dialed into the present moment. Thus, in combination with being mentally and physically primed, we offer the ultimate mindfulness experience in each of our programs.
